Sleep study for people with brain disorders

  • You have a diagnosed brain or nerve disorder such as stroke, Parkinson's, epilepsy, memory loss, or a brain infection.
  • You can complete a sleep test (which means staying overnight in a sleep lab) and answer questions about your sleep, mood, and thinking.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to join the study.
  • You do not have a severe mental health condition or recent major illness that would affect the study.
  • You do not have a diagnosed primary sleep disorder that is already being treated (like sleep apnea).
  • You are not pregnant or nursing (if the study involves any medication).
