Who can take part

  • It has been more than 6 months since your last stroke.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You speak Cantonese fluently.
  • You have had at least one sleep or circadian problem for 3 months or more (like trouble falling asleep, waking up frequently, sleeping too little or too much, or very irregular sleep times).
  • You do not have a current serious illness or substance abuse that would make it hard to take part.
  • You are not working night shifts.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
