Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 12 years old
  • You have a long-term lung infection (not cystic fibrosis) and your doctor says it's stable
  • You have not had a lung flare-up in the last 4 weeks
  • You see a lung specialist every 3 months
  • You do not have asthma, a weak immune system, or major heart, nerve, or muscle problems
  • You have internet access and a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to use for the program
  • You have not been in another rehab program or had more than 10 physiotherapy sessions in the last 3 months
