  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a HER2 change (mutation, amplification, or overexpression)
  • You have already received at least one prior cancer treatment for your advanced lung cancer
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • You are in good physical condition (able to do daily activities without help)
