Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced lung cancer (stage 3 or 4) that cannot be surgically removed
- Your cancer has a confirmed HER2 genetic alteration (a specific mutation)
- You are in good enough overall health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–2)
- You have either just started or are about to start SHR-A1811 within the last 3 months
- You do not have active, untreated brain or spinal cord metastases causing symptoms
