Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older
- You have moderate to severe sleep apnea with an AHI score of 15 or higher
- You have been prescribed a CPAP machine and agreed to try it
- You have not used CPAP before for sleep apnea
- You own a smartphone and can use a wearable device (like a smartwatch) that works with the study
- You do not have serious heart, lung, mental health conditions, or epilepsy
