Who can take part
- You are between 22 and 85 years old.
- You have symptoms of sleep apnea, like loud snoring, stopping breathing during sleep, or feeling very sleepy during the day.
- You have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea before or are not currently being treated for it.
- You do not have a neuromuscular disease or take strong opioid pain medicine regularly.
- You do not have severe insomnia that medication does not control.
- You do not use extra oxygen at home or have a low oxygen level in your blood.
- You do not have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electronic device.
- You are comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and a smartwatch.
- You are not pregnant.
