Study of PMD-026 for worsening myelofibrosis

Who can take part

  • You have a type of myelofibrosis (primary, post-polycythemia vera, or post-essential thrombocythemia) that is in the chronic phase
  • You have tried a JAK inhibitor (such as ruxolitinib) for at least 12 weeks, and it stopped working, caused side effects, or you couldn't tolerate it
  • Your myelofibrosis is classified as intermediate-2 or high-risk (a measure of how advanced your disease is)
  • You have an enlarged spleen (at least 450 cubic centimeters on imaging, or your doctor can feel it 5 centimeters below your ribs)
  • You have at least 10 symptoms on a myelofibrosis symptom score (such as fatigue, night sweats, or itching)
  • You are 18 years or older and have adequate organ function and blood counts
