Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of primary myelofibrosis or related myelofibrosis.
  • Your disease is considered intermediate-1, intermediate-2, or high-risk (your doctor can tell you this).
  • You have an enlarged spleen that is at least 5 cm below your rib cage or measured by imaging.
  • You have low red blood cell counts (hemoglobin under 10 g/dL) or low platelet counts (between 50,000 and 150,000).
  • You have not had any prior treatment with JAK inhibitors (like ruxolitinib or fedratinib).
  • You are able to swallow pills and do not have severe stomach or bowel problems.
