Who can take part
- You have a confirmed type of myelofibrosis (PMF, post-PV, or post-ET) based on a bone marrow biopsy within the last 6 months.
- You have tried a JAK inhibitor and it stopped working, you couldn't tolerate it, or you can't take one.
- Your myelofibrosis is considered intermediate-1 with symptoms (like a painful enlarged spleen), intermediate-2, or high-risk.
- Your spleen is at least 5 centimeters below your ribs (checked by a doctor's exam).
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are not eligible for a stem cell transplant (or no donor is available), have not had your spleen removed, and have no active infections or liver problems.
