Who can take part

  • You have Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, high blood pressure (systolic 130-139 or diastolic 80-89 without medication), anemia (low iron and hemoglobin), or multiple sclerosis and your disease is stable
  • For Crohn's, colitis, or multiple sclerosis: your treatment has been the same type for at least 3 months and same dose for at least 1 month
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can understand Greek
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not used antibiotics, probiotic/prebiotic supplements, or iron/zinc supplements in the past month
