Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old
- You currently take a prescribed stimulant medication for ADHD
- You have trouble sleeping, feel irritable, anxious, or have brain fog
- Your medication dose has been the same for at least 3 months
- You do not have any serious health conditions like cancer or untreated mental illness
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or a night shift worker
