Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • You currently take a prescribed stimulant medication for ADHD
  • You have trouble sleeping, feel irritable, anxious, or have brain fog
  • Your medication dose has been the same for at least 3 months
  • You do not have any serious health conditions like cancer or untreated mental illness
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or a night shift worker
