  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You had a single-level microdiscectomy (a specific type of back surgery) on the lower back
  • You can read and understand Turkish
  • You have not had back surgery before for a herniated disc
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or lower
  • You do not have severe heart failure, a recent stroke, or other serious health problems that would make exercise unsafe
