  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You gave birth within the last 6 months
  • You have access to the internet
  • You have symptoms of postpartum depression (a score above 7 on a standard depression screening)
  • You can read and understand Danish
  • You do not have a current substance or alcohol problem, or a serious mental health condition like schizophrenia
