Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your life expectancy must be at least 3 months.
- You need to have fresh bone marrow samples taken during screening.
- Your bone marrow must have at least 5% blasts (immature cells) at screening.
- You must be able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score of 0-2).
- If you have AML, your leukemia must have returned or not responded after at least one prior treatment. If you have MDS, you must have received and failed hypomethylating agents like azacitidine or decitabine.
