Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a spinal cord injury that happened at least 3 months ago
- You have a health problem from your injury that bothers you (like pain, skin sores, bladder or bowel trouble, or emotional stress)
- You live on your own or in the community (not in a hospital or rehab center)
- Your primary language is English
- You have a smartphone and can use it to send and receive text messages for 4 months
- You are willing to complete two full health check-ins and four shorter ones over 4 months
