Who can take part

  • You have a spinal cord injury (or you are an active caregiver/clinician for someone who does)
  • You are age 18 to 80 and can speak English
  • You use a smartphone with a data plan and can learn to use the study apps
  • Your injury is at least 1 year old (and your spine injury is at C3–C4 or below, if in the main phases)
  • You are not currently following the recommended SCI exercise guidelines, and you want to exercise more
