Who can take part

  • You are a professional or semi-professional basketball player or endurance athlete with at least 2 years of competitive experience.
  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are healthy with no current leg injuries and no recent calf or Achilles tendon injuries in the past 6 months.
  • You train at least 4 to 5 times every week.
  • You do not have any metal implants, blood clotting issues, or skin conditions that would prevent you from receiving the therapies.
  • You can agree to keep your diet and sleep habits the same during the 6-week study.
