Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are caring for a Veteran with Alzheimer's or another dementia who was recently in a skilled nursing facility and is now back home.
- You provide at least 8 hours of care or supervision each week, mostly because of your personal relationship with the Veteran.
- You have a telephone, plus a computer or tablet with internet access (and you use it at least 3 times a week).
- You speak English.
