  • You are a family member, friend, or neighbor who is the main caregiver for someone with memory loss.
  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You have a computer, tablet, or smartphone with reliable internet access.
  • You have been actively managing a caregiving challenge related to dementia within the past 6 months.
