Who can take part

  • You live in Hong Kong and are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You can speak and understand Chinese.
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
  • You are willing to wear a device that tracks your movement and sleep for a period of time.
  • You have not had electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) before.
  • If you take medication for mood or sleep, the dose must have been stable for at least 6 weeks before starting the study.
