Who can take part

  • You have at least one alcoholic drink every week.
  • You sometimes have 4 or more drinks (if you are female) or 5 or more drinks (if you are male) on one occasion at least once a month.
  • You are not pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
  • You have never received treatment for alcohol problems, and you don't have any medical condition or take any medication that makes drinking unsafe.
