Cognitive training for alcohol addiction recovery

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You speak French as your first language or were educated in French.
  • You have been diagnosed with alcohol use disorder (with or without other substance use).
  • You have been abstinent from alcohol for at least 7 days but not more than 30 days.
  • You have at least mild problems with thinking or memory (based on a simple assessment).
  • You are not in another cognitive training, education, or mindfulness program right now.
