Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 5.0 and 6.9 years old.
  • Your child must take 60 minutes or longer to fall asleep at least three nights a week, based on what you report.
  • You (one parent) must join the study with your child and be able to complete an interview at the end.
  • Your child must not have any sleep disorders (except insomnia or delayed sleep-wake phase disorder), medical issues that affect sleep or light sensitivity, or take certain medications.
  • Your child must not be colorblind, but can wear glasses or contact lenses for other vision issues.
