Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with anti-MAG antibody polyneuropathy (a nerve disorder tied to specific antibodies).
- Your nerve tests (EMG or nerve conduction studies) show a pattern of demyelination (damage to the nerve coating), especially with slow signals in some nerves.
- You have a blood condition like MGUS, Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, marginal zone lymphoma, or a low-grade lymphoma.
- Your blood test shows a high level (7,000 BTU or more) of anti-MAG antibodies.
- You have not previously taken a BTK inhibitor (a type of targeted drug like ibrutinib).
