Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer that is not the keratinizing type (your doctor will know).
- Your cancer is stage III OR you had a high level of Epstein-Barr virus DNA in your blood before treatment.
- You have already received 3 cycles of induction immunochemotherapy and your tumor has shrunk (complete or partial response) confirmed by a scope and MRI.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your kidney, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had prior radiation or chemotherapy for this cancer, no prior checkpoint inhibitor therapy, and no uncontrolled autoimmune disease.
