Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old when diagnosed
- Have nasopharyngeal cancer confirmed by biopsy as a non-keratinizing type
- Have high-risk, locally advanced disease with no spread to distant organs after initial treatment
- Finish induction and chemoradiation, and start the study treatment within 1 month (no later than 6 weeks) after radiation ends
- Have good blood counts, liver, and kidney function (study lab thresholds will be checked)
