  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • Your neck pain has lasted for 12 weeks or more
  • Your current neck pain is at least 40 out of 100 on a pain scale
  • Your neck disability score is above 10 points
  • You have not had physical therapy in the last 3 months
  • You do not have certain conditions like cancer, fractures, or arthritis
