Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 80 years old.
  • You are overweight (BMI between 25 and 35).
  • You do not exercise more than 2 hours per week.
  • Your weight has been stable (no loss or gain of more than 11 lbs) in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have type 2 diabetes, heart failure, kidney or liver disease.
  • You sleep regularly (7 to 9 hours nightly) and do not work night shifts.
