  • You are between 60 and 85 years old.
  • Your resting blood pressure is 150/90 or lower.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35 (or if higher, you are otherwise healthy).
  • You do not have diabetes, kidney disease, COPD, heart disease, or other major health conditions listed.
  • You can safely exercise and donate blood without problems.
