  • You are a family member caring for someone with dementia who was diagnosed at least 6 months ago
  • You provide care for at least 4 hours each day
  • You speak Chinese
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can connect to a video call using Go-To-Meeting or Zoom
  • You are willing to join the program and give your consent
