Who can take part

  • You are the main caregiver living with someone who has had a brain or nerve condition (like stroke, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, or epilepsy) for at least 3 months.
  • You have felt at least mild negative emotions (like sadness, worry, or stress) recently.
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with internet access.
  • You can read and communicate in Chinese and agree to join the study.
  • You are not currently exercising more than 150 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous activity.
  • You have not taken part in any other physical or mental health programs in the last 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant or within 6 months after giving birth.
