Study drug HF158K1 for HER2-positive advanced solid tumors

Solid Tumors, Adult

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial tests HF158K1 in people with advanced solid tumors that have HER2 protein. It aims to see if the drug can be given safely and learn how it works in people whose cancer shows HER2 on tumor testing.

NCT06413615Recruiting· Phase 2
Study of a new targeted drug for advanced solid tumors with HER2

This study tests a new antibody-drug conjugate (FDA022-BB05) for people with advanced solid cancers—especially breast, endometrial, bladder, colorectal, or lung cancer—that have stopped responding to standard therapy. The drug targets HER2, a protein on some cancer cells, to try to shrink tumors or slow their growth.

NCT05765851Recruiting· Phase 1
HER2-targeting drug study for advanced solid tumors

This Phase 1 trial tests a combination of medicines (including DS-1103a) for people with advanced, hard-to-remove (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumors that have HER2 changes. Because it’s an early safety/dose study, it mainly aims to find the right dose and see how the tumor responds.
