Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and agree to participate.
  • Your cancer must have a confirmed RAS gene mutation (in KRAS, HRAS, or NRAS).
  • You should be in fairly good health to handle daily activities (a score of 0 or 1 on a standard activity scale).
  • You must have had at least one previous cancer treatment that didn't work or caused severe side effects (unless you have a specific type of lung cancer that hasn't been treated before).
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth and have no condition that prevents swallowing or absorbing the drug.
