  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are in good physical health (ASA I or II)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or lower
  • You have not had a carotid artery surgery (endarterectomy) or a stroke
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and do not have liver or kidney failure
