Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have had both an ECG (heart electrical test) and an echo (ultrasound of the heart) at Yale New Haven Health System.
- You must have a diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) or mildly reduced ejection fraction (HFmrEF).
- You must have been in the earlier Phase I TRACE-AI study, which included an AI check of your ECG and echo in the last 3 years.
