Who can take part

  • You have a type of fatty liver disease linked to metabolism (MASLD) and drink moderate amounts of alcohol (20-60 grams per day).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is above 24.
  • You have no history of alcohol abuse.
  • You do not have any conditions that would make MRI or TMS unsafe (like metal implants or certain health issues).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy, and have not had TMS treatment in the last 3 months.
