Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or spread stomach cancer confirmed by biopsy.
- You are able to do daily activities with some help (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable ranges (e.g., adequate white cells, platelets, liver and kidney function).
- You have not had prior chemotherapy for your cancer and are ready to start a PD-1 drug with chemotherapy as your first treatment.
- You have not used probiotics or antibiotics for a long time.
