Who can take part
- Your cancer was fully removed with standard D2/R0 surgery, and pathology confirmed stomach or GEJ adenocarcinoma
- Lymph nodes are positive at stage pN3 (more than 7 positive lymph nodes), with no distant spread (M0)
- No tumor spread to the belly lining is present (if special belly-fluid/cell testing was done, it must not be the excluded result)
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance score 0 or 1) and you’re expected to live more than 6 months
- Your blood and organ tests are strong enough (enough blood counts, liver enzymes not too high, kidney function adequate) to safely receive treatment
- You can and agree to follow the full treatment plan and provide required blood and tissue samples
