Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have psoriatic arthritis that is under control (low disease activity or remission).
  • You have had chronic pain for at least 3 months and rate it at least 30 on a 0–100 pain scale.
  • You have been on the same medications for your condition for at least 3 months and can stay on them.
  • You are able to undergo an MRI and a TMS session (no metal implants, pacemaker, or seizure history).
