  • Age between 18 and 70 years old
  • Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
  • Generalized pain that has lasted over 3 months and is not caused by inflammation or injury, with a pain score of at least 40 out of 100 on a standard scale
  • Low inflammation levels in blood tests and stable RA treatment for at least 6 months
  • No history of brain surgery, head injury, stroke, metal implants in the head, pregnancy, or breastfeeding
