- You are a woman between 35 and 75 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or higher with a waist measurement over 88 cm, OR your BMI is 27 or higher with health problems related to obesity.
- You are willing to take part in a 12-month program with group sessions (online or in person).
- You live in Alberta and have Alberta Health Care insurance.
- You can communicate comfortably in English.
