Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed, and you haven't received any systemic (whole-body) treatment yet.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and a tumor that can be safely biopsied.
  • Your general health is good (able to care for yourself, expected to live at least 6 months, and blood work is within acceptable ranges).
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control if needed for 6 months after the last treatment.
