Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have a type of soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body. Certain types like bone cancer or GIST are not included.
  • You must be willing to receive the two study drugs (surufatinib and envafolimab) and have no medical reasons that would prevent you from taking them.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You must be able to provide a sample of your tumor tissue (from a previous biopsy or a new one).
  • You must have a performance status of 0, 1, or 2, meaning you are up and about at least half the day.
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood clotting functions must be within a certain range, and your heart must be healthy enough.
