Who can take part

  • You are a woman who has gone through menopause between 1 and 5 years ago.
  • You are not using hormone replacement therapy.
  • You do not exercise regularly (more than once a week).
  • You may or may not have insulin resistance.
  • You do not have a neurological disease, a severe psychiatric disorder, or an inflammatory autoimmune disease.
  • You do not have active cancer, and you have not used steroids or immune-suppressing drugs in the last 3 months.
