Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with ongoing moderate to severe disease activity.
  • You have tried at least one standard RA medication (like methotrexate or leflunomide) and it did not work well enough or caused side effects.
  • You have not used certain advanced RA treatments such as JAK inhibitors (e.g., tofacitinib) or biologic drugs before.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
  • You do not have active infections, certain cancers, or other serious health conditions that could affect the study.
