Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that has not been treated yet.
- Your cancer is at an early, intermediate, or advanced stage (BCLC stages A, B, or C), but not the most advanced.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are able to do your daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0–2).
- You do not have severe liver disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack, or allergy to lenvatinib.
