Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that is relapsed (came back) or refractory (didn't respond) after your last treatment.
  • You have at least one measurable sign of the disease, such as a certain level of M-protein in blood (≥0.5 g/dL) or urine (≥200 mg/24h), or abnormal free light chains in blood.
  • You have tried 3 or more different treatment regimens, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug (like lenalidomide or pomalidomide), and an anti-CD38 therapy (like daratumumab), and you cannot tolerate or access other standard treatments.
  • You do not have multiple myeloma that has spread to your brain or spinal cord.
  • You have no history of certain lung conditions like idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis or organizing pneumonia.
