  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been taking hydroxychloroquine for at least 1 year.
  • Your condition (for which you take the drug) is stable under a doctor's care.
  • You do not have any eye diseases like diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, or certain vision problems.
  • You have not had eye surgery or a serious eye injury.
  • You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure or other blood vessel diseases.
