Who can take part
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver and has progressed after at least three different treatment lines.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are in good enough health to have a performance status of 0 or 1 (you're fully active or only slightly limited).

- You have not had a vaccine therapy before and can avoid live vaccines during the trial.
